The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On is full of relationship ups and downs and corkscrews - basically this series is the most accurate representation of a roller coaster needing some serious TLC. What I remember from the original season was that things escalated right from the jump and come the night of the decision, expectations came crashing.

 

Two episodes into season two (excluding the spin-off) and we have just reached the decision with a cliffhanger finale. The couples primarily fail to capture why they should be a couple in the first place and instead resemble singles on a dating competition.

 

At this point in the show there are contestants I’m rooting for but no couples, it’s an odd feeling when you kind of hope that by the end of the show’s run everyone leaves single. If you enjoyed the original season then this is more of the same, the pacing and editing is a lot better executed but as a whole it’s nothing astronomically different to sway anyone.
