XANADU SYNOPSIS:

​A struggling artist living in Los Angeles meets a girl who may hold the key to his happiness.

​

Step into a magical world with superstars Olivia Newton-John (Grease) and Gene Kelly (Singin’ in the Rain) as they take you through one of the most extraordinary musicals in the beloved film, Xanadu! Newton-John is Kira, a beautiful muse sent from up above to inspire a struggling artist (Michael Beck, The Warriors) and help motivate him to open a roller-disco. The dazzling soundtrack features ten original songs (five by Electric Light Orchestra’s Jeff Lynne and five by John Farrar), including such hits as “Magic,” “I’m Alive,” “All Over the World,” “Suddenly” and the title song “Xanadu.” And, reprising his role of nightclub owner Danny McGuire from 1944’s Cover Girl, Gene Kelly shines in what would become his final film performance. Throw on your roller-skates, turn up the volume and enjoy this sparkling out-of-this-world fantasy!
