Premiering at the 2023 SXSW in Austin, TX - Flamin' Hot screened to triumphant applause with favorable reactions from the crowd in attendance. Directed by Eva Longoria and led by a defining performance by Jesse Garcia as the spicy snack creator himself, Richard Montañez. While Garcia may lead the feature, the film is a wonderfully inspiring experience for numerous reasons, including the two actors our writer Cassandra Hager had the opportunity to speak to - Matt Walsh and Dennis Haysbert.
